Cycling.

Haha went cycling last Monday from Hougang, to East Coast Park, to Changi Village, Tampines, and back to Hougang!

There was Lenson. Trying to cycle on water. =D

View Meng, trying to be emoh.

And Ivan, who loves Subways cups.

We cycled about 50km. if you include half of the mountain biking trail at Tampines. =O

Haven't cycled in a long time, haha so my legs were like ~~(wobbly) at the end la. =/ But it was quite okay. Started from Lenson's house first, then we went through some weird industrial roads and all.

Then we suddenly ended up at East Coast Park after some time. =D Hahaha then we went to the beach and started taking photos with my camera! I think we drew some weird stares la, cause you know, 4 guys with bikes posing for a camera and doing stupid things is not something you see everyday. But it was a Monday morning so it was quite deserted haha.

As a Photoshop expert, it was a true test of my skills to see whether I could recreate the same effect as another photoshop user. In this case, I tried to recreate Lenson's vintage effect on the above photo, seen here.

I think I messed up one or two steps though. Hm.

Hahaha. Eh it was quite hard to create that image okay. I get a headache just looking at it hah. Should sell the image to Pandaol or something, then they can use it in their advertisements! =D

*Wahhh*

Kallang Wave. Hahaha.

Lenson's bike was really light la. Like, carbon fiber frame with customised gears and disc-brakes that weight lighter? O.O

Went cycling down Easy Coast Park, then we saw sandcastles! =D

(This time I did the effect for real hahaha)

Was tempted to run in and stomp on the castles just to see if they were really made of sand or not hahaha. For all you know, it could just be cardboard boxes with sand super-glued to them. =/

Continued cycling down East Coast, then we went down Changi Coast Road that runs alongside the airport and runway which was super long. Hahaha.

Ended up at some forest place somewhere along the way? Full of tall narrow trees like in a coniferous forrest.

Lenson and me advertising for Ice Mountain. Mountain bikers mah.

Stopped at Subway Changi Village for lunch.

Then, a GIGANTIC SPIDER LANDED IN IVAN'S DRINK!

It's bigger than a grain of sand!

At least Ivan didn't swallow the spider and add a few extra proteins in his diet la.

View Meng eating a cookie. =)

Oh and this is View Meng's cup :

This is my cup :

And this, is Lenson's cup:
Tsk tsk, typical Singaporean ah.

(Ivan's cup is the one with the spider at the side. Hahaha.)

Didn't take any other pictures after that cause I was tiredlazy. Heh.

Went to Tampines mountain biking trail after lunch too. Haha. Wah so fun! Mountain biking is like, biking, but with a mountain! And it's so dangerous also cause of the thousands of mosquito bites which increases your chances of dengue significantly. Someone needs to empty the pots and cans of stagnant water there la. Got bitten so many times. =X

Haha. But mountain biking is fun la. Lots of mud and gravel and slopes and tracks and trees and plants that go smack against your face! =D

Cycled back to Hougang after completeing only half of the trail cause I had a headache for some reason. Maybe it was that picture above la. Never mind shall go again! Hahaha.

March Holidays.

Haha okay the March Holidays didn't really matter much to me compared to the past 10 years cause I'm sort of like holiday-ing everyday anyways? Hahaha. =P

Anyways, had a March Holiday event sort of thing on Thursday for the Church Youths and went down to play games and stuff. Haha. Was organised by Dora, Cedric, Bryan and my sister so I had to go.

First we were supposed to create a food dish? Hah my cell group made a nice, healthy, nutritious salad with sauteed mushrooms, fresh garden greens and sprinkled with a generous portion of sunflower seeds and bacon chips even though there were only 3 of us guys okay.

Okay the mushrooms were more like stir-fried, but sauteed and stir fried like the same la. And the garden greens came from the supermarket so should be fresh right, no such thing as unfresh vegetables. Hahaha. =P

It looks rather nice but I don't have a picture of it. =/ And Timothy and I were like trying struggling to close the lid on the container for about 15 minutes until his mum told us the secret in pressing the center. =X

Pictures! Started by playing Blokus cause some people were late.

It's like a very strategic game but with a very simple, easy to understand concept. =D

Leonard contemplating his next move.

Then we went outside and started playing our first 'game' which was rather fresh. Cause it involved toothpaste. (Hahaha bad joke)

Gasp.

Had to pick a strip of paper from a box, and the paper contained the name of a body part. Then you had to transfer this blob of toothpaste from 1 person to another in your group using only that body part. Haha. It's quite a stupid orientation game that I've never played before. =D

I was quite heng cause I got big toe. Hahaha. Although I bet my toe started smelling like toothpaste after that already.

Leonard was the most suay cause he had buttocks. Hahaha.

Then we went on to play the next game. It was like the carry water from one pail to fill this bottle without moving the pail kind of thing. Except the bottle was like:

And it was filled with a million and one holes. Gahh.

We ended up filling the bottle with rocks to decrease the volume capacity of the bottle. Heh.

Then we went to the next game.

Was quite complicating cause there was 1 person blindfolded, 2 people who could talk but not see the blindfolded guy, and the rest able to see but not talk. Hahaha. The blindfolded person had to transfer water from a pail to another pail using 2 cups.

Guan You and Jolene got sabo-ed to be the blindfolded person. Hahaha.

We gave up after about 15 minutes cause the pails were simply too large! Hahahaha.

Ended up splashing water on each other. =)

Walked back to Corps after our supply of water ran out, then met Dezmand on the way back. =D

I crept up to the bird to take this picture! Hahaha it flew off almost immediately after. =/

Then we saw this cool-looking jeep parked next to Church and took a picture with it! Hah.

Yup nothing much after that, we ended off with food, then played daidi for awhile, then went back home. =)

Punggol End.

Went down to Punggol End last Tuesday with Ryan and Stephen to take pictures! Gosh I've been there countless times already, and each time I'm forever getting bitten by mosquitoes. =/

Haha went to Hougang for dinner at first, then we were deciding on where to explore around Punggol before giving up and going to Punggol End.

Heh.

We reached there at around 7pm, according to my camera, and stayed there till around 9pm, haha.
Ryan with his nice shirt. Whoever bought for him has good taste la. =P (Heh Chitmin)

Sunset was quite nice, but I can't find time to go edit the HDRs. =/

But I did one. Hahaha. Took my computer 15 minutes just to compile the images. =/

Took a Panorama too! It doesn't look very awesome cause I didn't know I was taking just sea but ah never mind it's a panorama! Took my computer 20 minutes to stitch and align the picture. =X

Stayed till well after the Sun had set cause we're crazy people

Stumbled upon this prehistoric cave drawing of a man fishing! Okay la I drew it using my awesome drawing skills and the stick that man was holding. In case you don't know what stick I'm talking about :

Yep. Thanks to Stephen for lending his SB-900 and standing at some obscure corner aiming the wireless flash at my masterpiecedrawing. =D

Haha tried this super cool effect with Stephen and my strobes too.

Haha okay Ryan and me both look overexposed because the strobes had to be set to manual because they were different models. Shall try again next time uh. =)

We stayed there till around 9pm, then we left cause the mosquitoes were biting like crazy. Bleah. Took 82 to my house, then walked to the Kopitiam a few blocks down and had supper. Reached home at around 10pm? Can't remember ah.

Coleman's Birthday.

Coleman's Birthday was last last Friday! Heh. Okay I posted the photos on Facebook already but didn't blog about it so. Bought him a t-shirt with a broken Tv Screen, and Timothy bought him a cake. Haha my Cell Group's so awesome ah.

Bought him a cake.

And the present, but Timothy Lim's photo-taking skills a bit..sighs. =P

Did other stupid things also. But I can't remember anything already! Hahaha. Okay had to leave early though. Cause I had work the next day. Reached home at around midnight.

Haha and worked from 7am to 7pm at Ritz Carlton in the morning! Working in the Morning is less tiring, but you feel so tired cause it's in the Morning. Unthinkable. But it's quite slack cause it's just hotel morning breakfast buffet so no need to serve food, haha. And I broke 2 glasses sometime in the Afternoon cause the guy in front of me dropped his entire tray and broke 20+ glasses at one shot and I stepped back automatically and the glasses on the tray I was holding dropped. =/ But heng dunnid pay ah

Minghui the hunter! Rawr! (Timothy = Zoey :D)
